When we entered our room on the first night, we were delighted to find a pair of beautifully crafted swans made from towels on our bed. The swans were expertly folded with remarkable attention to detail. My nieces were absolutely thrilled by the sight, and it became a cherished memory of our first night in London. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Well done to the whole team.

The spa is also nice, offering a good range of services. What made the experience even better was the help we received at the reception from Cristina. She is such a kind, warm-hearted, and professional person. She spoke to us with such courtesy and was more than willing to assist with everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely return.

Close to Bluewater and easy transport links.
